Block Print Workshop

This workshop will enable you to create and cut and print your own lino block print.

After learning about Laura’s practice and seeing examples and demonstration of the process, you will design and cut the lino yourself, mount this onto a wooden block, and print onto fabric.

You can choose form a Canvas tote bag or plain fabric and print a repeat print onto this. You will learn basics of planning a repeat layout, and inking up your block. All prints will be made in a specialist fabric ink with long lasting wear and great finish. Learn a new technique in a fun and sociable setting.

Inspired by the Botanicals used in Pelegrim’s products, the workshop will be set in the beautiful and peaceful Pelegrim’s event space just off of Canterbury High Street. You will be able to sample their products and learn about the botanicals used in their cosmetics alongside creating a beautiful product to take home.
